Pilot Anselmo Licensing Terms
Licence availability is product-specific. Standard commercial and production rights are offered where supported; some footage is available only for defined factual/editorial use.

Choose the correct licence
Licence availability is product-specific. Some footage supports normal commercial marketing and production use, while other footage is offered only for defined factual/editorial use. The product page and selected licence version identify the rights available for the exact footage being purchased.
Standard Marketing Licence
For one named commercial marketing campaign or project connected to the footage, including authorised property, agency, development, hospitality, tourism, destination and corporate marketing.
Editorial & Entertainment Licence
For one named audiovisual production, including film, documentary, factual or fictional programming, television or streaming, plus normal official promotion of that same production.
Editorial Only Licence
For one named factual/editorial project when the product is expressly offered as Editorial Only.
Advertising & OOH Licence
For paid advertising distributed through television, streaming ad inventory or out-of-home media.
The final use defines the licence
A factual news or publisher use can fit Editorial Only when that is the product's available licence. A film or series may use Editorial & Entertainment where offered. Paid public advertising requires Advertising & OOH rights. Product-specific availability still applies to every example.

The licence belongs to the person or legal entity identified in the purchase or written agreement.
The named campaign, editorial project, production or advertising placement must match the licence purchased.
Not every product offers every licence. The product page and purchase version control availability.
The clean source files may not be resold, sublicensed or added to a shared media library.
Full Licensing Terms
These terms apply unless a product page, selected licence version or separate written agreement expressly grants different rights. Product-specific information forms part of the agreement. Not every product offers every licence. There is no separate Property Focus Licence; authorised property marketing can fall under Standard Marketing when that licence is offered and the use fits these terms.
Licensor: Pilot Anselmo, operated by Luiz Anselmo in the Netherlands.
Buyer: The person or legal entity identified in the Gumroad purchase record or written quotation.
Files: The video clips, photographs, documents or other digital assets included with the purchased product.
Licensed Use: The named campaign, project, factual/editorial project, audiovisual production or advertising placement covered by the selected licence.
Editorial Project: One named factual/editorial work such as a news report, journalistic work, factual documentary, factual programme, factual publisher work or educational/cultural factual presentation.
Audiovisual Production: One named film, documentary, factual or fictional programme, television episode or streaming production.
OOH: Out-of-home advertising displayed in public or commercial spaces, including billboards, transit media and place-based screens.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using the Files, the Buyer agrees to these terms and the applicable product description, licence version or written quotation. The licence is between Pilot Anselmo and the Buyer; Gumroad facilitates the transaction and delivery.
A person purchasing for an organisation confirms that they are authorised to bind that organisation.
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Pilot Anselmo grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Files only within the Licensed Use and only within the rights expressly offered for that product.
Unless the product page or written agreement states otherwise, the licence is worldwide and perpetual for that one Licensed Use. Published material may remain online or archived after the active campaign, editorial project or production ends. Reuse in another campaign, project, editorial work, production or advertising placement requires a new licence.
Employees and contractors may handle the Files only while working for the Buyer on the Licensed Use. They receive no independent right to retain or reuse the Files.
The Standard Marketing Licence covers one named commercial marketing campaign or project genuinely connected to the footage. This may include property, agency, development, relocation, hospitality, tourism, destination, corporate or other local marketing.
The Buyer may use the Files in relevant listing, destination or campaign platforms; the Buyer's or client's websites and landing pages; organic social-media posts and short-form videos; email campaigns, sales presentations and pitch materials; digital advertising connected to the licensed campaign; controlled screens inside offices, sales centres, hotels, trade events or client presentations; and edited promotional videos for the licensed campaign.
This licence does not include television advertising, paid streaming ad inventory, public billboards, transit media, broad public-screen networks or reuse for an unrelated campaign or project.
Where offered for the product, the Editorial & Entertainment Licence allows the Buyer to incorporate the Files into one named Audiovisual Production.
The production may be factual or fictional. The completed production may be distributed through film festivals and theatrical cinema exhibition; television broadcast and broadcaster catch-up services; streaming services and video-on-demand platforms; educational, cultural or factual exhibition; and the production's official trailer, press kit, website and social promotion.
The Buyer may provide the Files to editors, post-production suppliers, distributors and broadcasters only as needed to complete, deliver or promote that named production.
Where technically and editorially practical, the requested credit is: Aerial footage: Pilot Anselmo.
National broadcasters, studios, major streaming platforms, productions requiring errors-and-omissions clearance or uses with substantial paid promotion should contact Pilot Anselmo before purchase unless the product page expressly offers that scope.
Where a product is expressly marked Editorial Only, the Buyer may use the Files only in one named Editorial Project.
Permitted use may include news reporting; journalism; factual documentary; factual television, streaming or publisher programming; factual publisher video or article support; educational or cultural factual exhibition; and an owned publisher page or organic publisher post that directly presents or links to that same Editorial Project.
The Editorial Only Licence does not permit advertising; commercial marketing; property, tourism, destination, hospitality or corporate promotion; brand or product promotion; sponsored promotional content; fictional entertainment; promotional trailers or paid promotion; endorsement; Advertising & OOH; or broader, exclusive, multi-project or multi-production use unless separately granted in writing.
The Buyer must present the footage in a factual context and must not materially alter the footage or accompanying claims in a way that creates a false or misleading impression about a person, property, business, organisation or location.
Major broadcaster, studio or platform scope may still require a written quotation.
Paid public advertising is available only under a written quotation or product version that expressly includes the intended media.
This category includes television commercials and connected-TV advertising; paid streaming-video advertising; roadside billboards and digital city screens; bus shelters, transit systems and transport hubs; airport, shopping-centre, stadium, retail and hospitality screen networks; cinema advertising shown before or around a film; and other paid public-display campaigns.
The quotation will define the advertiser, campaign, territory, duration, media, estimated reach, edit permissions, exclusivity and any competitor restriction.
The Buyer may, within the Licensed Use, trim, crop, resize and reformat the Files; combine them with text, logos, licensed music, voiceover and other production media; make reasonable colour and exposure adjustments; and create horizontal, square or vertical edits.
Editing must not materially misrepresent the property, area, landscape, weather, scale, access, status or another factual feature. Still-frame extraction is not included unless the product page expressly permits it.
For Editorial Only use, editing must remain consistent with the factual/editorial context and may not convert the footage into an otherwise prohibited promotional or fictional use.
The Buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, gift or make the original Files available to another party; upload the Files to a stock-media platform, shared asset library, template marketplace or public download folder; reuse the Files outside the Licensed Use; claim authorship, copyright ownership or exclusive rights that were not separately granted; use the Files for AI-model training, dataset creation or biometric analysis; use the Files in a misleading, unlawful, defamatory or privacy-invasive context; use the Files to imply endorsement, ownership, representation or availability where none exists; or sell merchandise, NFTs, templates or other products whose main value is the Files themselves.
Not every product offers every licence.
The product page and selected Gumroad version identify the self-service rights Pilot Anselmo offers for that footage. A product may offer Standard Marketing and Editorial & Entertainment, Editorial Only, or another expressly stated written scope.
The absence of a licence option means that licence is not granted for that product through self-service checkout.
Internal Pilot Anselmo rights-status codes are not part of the Buyer's licence.
The Buyer is responsible for obtaining all permissions, releases, approvals and lawful grounds required for the Buyer's intended use where those rights are not expressly granted by Pilot Anselmo.
Purchasing footage does not appoint the Buyer as the representative of a recognisable owner, property, business, listing, agency, development, person or other third party.
The licence does not automatically grant rights in third-party trademarks, music, architecture, signage, artwork, people, private information or other third-party material that may appear in the Files when those rights are not owned or controlled by Pilot Anselmo.
A product may be limited to Editorial Only because Pilot Anselmo has chosen not to offer broader promotional/commercial rights for that footage. That classification does not itself state that a named third party owns every possible right in the visible subject, and it does not remove the Buyer's duty to assess the intended use.
The Buyer must not add claims that create a false impression about a property, business, person, organisation, location or place.
Copyright and all ownership rights in the Files remain with Pilot Anselmo unless a separate written agreement expressly transfers them. The purchase grants defined usage rights, not ownership of the Files.
Pilot Anselmo may continue to display, publish, edit and license the Files through its portfolio, store, YouTube channel, social channels and editorial productions unless a separate written agreement expressly limits those rights.
Exclusive, restricted-area, restricted-industry, multi-campaign, multi-project, multi-production, broadcaster, studio and broad agency rights are not included unless the product page or written agreement expressly grants them.
Exclusivity is not effective until the agreement is signed and payment is complete. Existing licences remain valid unless the exclusive agreement expressly addresses them. Pilot Anselmo normally retains portfolio and editorial display rights unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Request broader rights before purchasing. Standard footage may already have been published or licensed.
The Buyer receives the digital assets and formats listed on the product page. Public previews may be watermarked, compressed or lower resolution than the delivered Files.
The Buyer must review compatibility, resolution, orientation, frame rate, codec, duration, filming date, visible conditions and offered licence before purchase. Pilot Anselmo will replace a corrupt or inaccessible file when the problem is confirmed.
No promise is made that the footage will produce views, enquiries, ranking improvements, a faster sale, distribution acceptance or another commercial result.
Each product page may state its own refund policy. Requests should be sent to Pilot Anselmo with the Gumroad receipt and a clear description of the issue.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply to digital content, any loss of that right requires the express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law before immediate access or download begins.
Pilot Anselmo warrants that it owns the copyright in the Files or otherwise controls the rights that Pilot Anselmo expressly grants under the selected licence.
This warranty does not extend to third-party rights that clause 11 expressly excludes, that the product page identifies as not granted, or that Pilot Anselmo does not own or control.
Except for rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Files are provided as described on the product page without a guarantee of fitness for a particular commercial, editorial or production result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilot Anselmo's total liability connected to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Pilot Anselmo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, campaign performance, platform decisions or claims caused by the Buyer's unauthorised, misleading or out-of-scope use.
The licence terminates automatically if the Buyer materially breaches these terms and does not correct the breach promptly after written notice where correction is possible.
After termination, the Buyer must stop new use, remove downloadable copies from shared systems and instruct contractors to delete the Files. Rights and obligations concerning copyright, restrictions, liability and completed payments survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory rights that apply to the Buyer. Disputes will be submitted to a competent court in the Netherlands unless applicable law requires another forum.
The terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Future changes will not reduce rights already granted unless the Buyer agrees in writing.
Contact Pilot Anselmo before purchasing when the intended use does not clearly fit a licence shown on the product page.
